Ariana Flores joined Schafer Thomas Maez PC as an associate attorney in October 2017, after graduating from the University of Colorado Law School in Boulder. Ariana earned her undergraduate degrees from CU Boulder. She holds both a Bachelor of Art, magna cum laude, in Political Science and a Bachelor of Art in Communications.
While in law school, Ariana focused her studies in a number of legal fields, from intellectual property to corporate contracting to municipal law. She worked at several large corporations, drafting corporate contracts and human resource policies, and assisted in compliance audits and contract due diligence. Ariana also worked at the Colorado Office of the Attorney General, the Colorado Supreme Court, and the Aurora City Attorney.
At Schafer Thomas Maez PC, she has further developed her transaction practice in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and business agreements, and enjoys helping clients with planning structures and document preparation to accomplish their goals.
Ariana is admitted to practice law in Colorado, and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association. She currently resides in Stapleton with her husband and their English bulldog, Jack. In her spare time, Ariana enjoys watching movies with her dog, being active, and trying out new restaurants and breweries in Denver.
